Product design
We can offer a complete service for the design of products based on customer specifications. This included concept design if required. Schematic capture and PCB design. Prototypes can be produced in house and tested for function. the prototype can then be for electrical safety and EMC compliance if required. We can also write custom embedded software for your product specialising in PIC processors.
EMC test services
We can offer EMC testing for conducted and radiated emissions and conducted and radiated immunity. Conducted emissions are tested using our LISN and test receiver and radiated emissions and immunity are tested in our 2.4M GTEM cell. We can offer quick tests to determine pre compliance or full testing with a certificate for self certification.
Laser cutting 3D printing
WE can offer a laser cutting service for acrylic sheet or ABS enclosures. Maximum sheet size is 700X500 mm and 8mm thick. Maximum enclosure height is 200 mm high
we can offer 3D printed parts from your designs or from sketches which we convert into 3D CAD files
We use a Stratasys uprint plus machine for professional results. we have a large range of coloured plastic filament available for your designs.
